Our Guarantee
Because our products are personal care items made to order for hygiene and safety, we do not accept general returns or exchanges once an item has been shipped.
Damaged or Quality Issues
If your product arrives damaged or you notice a quality concern:

Take a clear photo of the product on a flat, well-lit surface.

Email the photo and your order number to luxlumey@gmail.com.

Report all issues within 30 days of receiving your order for a speedy resolution.
Cancellations

Product Orders: You can edit or cancel your order via the link in your confirmation email before it moves to production. Once an order is in production, it cannot be cancelled.

Donations & Tips: These are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Refunds

Approved Refunds: If a refund is approved due to a quality issue, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

Timeline: PayPal refunds typically appear within 24 hours. Credit card refunds usually take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.

International Shipping
International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs duties. Your local government sets these fees, and the customer is responsible for them.
